• Copy of CNIC  ( For Children Birth Certificate / Form-B )
• Copy of Government Authority (NOC/Leave Application) If Govt/diplomatic passport
• Bank Statement with Account maintenance certificate dully stamp & Signed. Closing Balance not less than 150,000/=
• Passport validity more than 6 Months

(Duration) As per immigration….. Validity (2 Months)
